Tailored Billing and Invoicing

Here at Parent™, we only have one goal in mind to be your one-stop solution for all your child management needs. In June we launched our Billing and Invoicing solution and have been adding to it ever since to make it a billing tool tailored to your needs.

Whether you charge by the hour or have a full-term package, Parent™ has your plan covered. Setting up your fee structure is so flexible and you can include all taxes, discounts, and charges.

With our billing system, you can track each family’s balance and complete invoicing history all from one place. No more printing invoices and being told they were lost. Start by setting up your fees by going to the Products Management section under your admin account.

Control Room Access

We know you have a lot on your mind and having to worry about which staff member has access to all the classes shouldn’t be one of them. With our Room Management option, you can now control which rooms your staff members can access to report daily activities or post to the children in that room.

You can manage which rooms your staff members have access to by going to the staff management page and selecting the rooms they can view from the drop-down menu. Just a few clicks and you are done!

Move Children Between Branches

Having more than one branch is hard enough to manage so you shouldn’t have to spend time trying to move data of children switching between branches. With a few easy clicks, you can move a child from one branch to another and have all their data transferred.

Post Approvals

Not all teachers have the same level of experience or maybe you just want to check the images and content being shared. Have posts from teachers sent to you for review so you can choose which posts are approved.

Bulk Withdraw

We know your time is precious and should be spent on nurturing children, that’s why we added an easier more efficient way to remove children. Simply check all the children that you want to remove and click the Withdraw button, confirm, and you’re done! It’s that easy.

Ready, Set, and Search

Noticed anything different about the child management page? Parent has introduced the search functionality! Just start typing the child’s name, their contact’s name, or email address and see the results. We know you want to try it 🙂
