    What happens when the free trial ends?

    You may choose to call our customer success department if you wish to start with us, otherwise the free account will be deactivated automatically.

    Do I need to install any software?

    Parent App is a cloud-based solution providing access from anywhere anytime and there is no software to install on your computer. Our native mobile apps may be downloaded to benefit from all the functionalities on the go. Available on both Android and iOS devices.

    Is my data secure?

    The core of Parent App data resides with Amazon Web Services (AWS) which is one of the most secure and trusted data centers in the world. All your data is SSL encrypted and stored on secure servers with backups made daily.

    Pay as you go

    We believe that you should only have to pay for children that are currently registered, so when your enrollment is down, so is your Parent App cost.

    The Our Fair Billing Policy

    • You will only be charged for children that are currently registered.
    • If all children de-register, you will be charged for a minimum of 10 children, unless you decide to close down your account.
    • Any changes to the number of registered children will be reflected in your monthly statement.

    Add new children

    If you add new children partway through the billing cycle, your fees will be prorated accordingly. We will keep track of this for you and bill you at the end of each month.
